When you submit a contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, company, budget range, and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.
Lawful basis
We process this information on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you submit a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
How your data is handled
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email processor. Your data may be processed on their infrastructure (including in the United States) under appropriate data-processing terms. We do not store your submission in any separate database, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@builtinbase.com.
