Fuel, once the fire is lit.
PPC & Performance Marketing Agency
Audience-first paid media built for precision and full-funnel attribution, so spend compounds instead of renting attention.
You are probably here because
- Spend is increasing and blended acquisition cost is increasing with it.
- Every platform claims the same conversions and the totals exceed reality.
- Creative is the bottleneck: the account is fine, the ads are tired.
- You have organic traction and want to accelerate rather than replace it.
What running paid media properly involves.
Channel strategy & account structure
Deciding which platforms deserve budget for your buying cycle, then structuring accounts so results are legible rather than averaged into meaninglessness.
Creative production & testing
Ad creative produced in volume against a testing framework, because in most accounts creative — not bidding — is the variable that actually moves cost per acquisition.
Measurement & attribution
Server-side tracking, conversion modelling and a reporting view that reconciles platform claims against what your revenue system says happened.
Landing pages & conversion
The page the spend lands on, treated as part of the campaign. Message match, load speed and form design usually offer more headroom than another round of bid tuning.
What you actually get
Every engagement ends with these in your hands, owned outright.
- Account structure documented and rebuilt where it obscures results
- Server-side conversion tracking reconciled against revenue data
- A creative testing pipeline with a defined cadence
- Reporting that shows blended cost, not just per-platform ROAS
- Landing pages built and tested alongside the campaigns
- A clear read on which channels to stop funding
How we work
Position
We define the message and the market before we spend a rupee on distribution.
Build the engine
Content frameworks, channels, and funnels set up as a repeatable system, not one-off campaigns.
Distribute
Organic and paid working together to put the right message in front of the right people, everywhere.
Compound
We measure what actually matters, double down on what works, and let the flywheel build on itself.
Questions, answered
/ 01How much should we spend on paid media to start?+
Enough for the platform to exit learning and for you to reach statistical significance on a creative test within a reasonable window — below that you are buying noise. The right floor depends on your conversion volume and price point, and we would rather tell you the number is too low to be worth spending than take the fee.
/ 02How do you charge — percentage of spend or flat fee?+
Percentage-of-spend creates an incentive to recommend more spend, which is worth being wary of from any agency including this one. We work on a scope-based fee so the recommendation to reduce or pause spend costs us nothing to make.
/ 03Why do platform numbers not match our revenue?+
Because each platform claims credit under its own attribution window, so totals overlap and overstate. The fix is not picking whichever number is highest but reconciling against your own revenue system and managing to blended cost. Expect reported ROAS to fall when this is done properly — that is the measurement getting more honest, not performance worsening.
/ 04Can you work alongside our existing agency or in-house buyer?+
Yes. A common split is us owning measurement, creative testing and landing pages while your existing team runs day-to-day buying, since those are the areas where accounts most often have unclaimed headroom.
