A system, not a posting schedule.
Social Media Marketing Agency
Each platform turned into an organic growth engine — creative direction, community and analytics, rather than filling a calendar.
You are probably here because
- You post consistently and it has produced almost no commercial result.
- Reach depends entirely on whoever happens to be making content that month.
- The brand looks sharp everywhere except social, which looks improvised.
- You need short-form volume without lowering the standard.
What running social as a system means.
Platform strategy
Deciding which platforms are worth the effort for your buyer and committing properly to those, instead of maintaining a shallow presence on all of them.
Content formats & production
Repeatable formats rather than one-off ideas — short-form video, carousels, founder-led content — designed so producing the twentieth is faster than the first.
Community & engagement
The reply-and-conversation layer that most brands skip. It is slower than posting and it is usually where the actual relationships and inbound come from.
Analytics & iteration
Tracking which formats and hooks earn retention and saves, then making more of what works instead of restarting the strategy every quarter.
What you actually get
Every engagement ends with these in your hands, owned outright.
- Defined content formats with templates and examples
- Production cadence your team or ours can sustain
- Creative direction so social matches the rest of the brand
- Reporting on retention and saves, not follower count
- Community guidelines covering tone and escalation
- A content bank so a quiet week does not break the rhythm
How we work
Position
We define the message and the market before we spend a rupee on distribution.
Build the engine
Content frameworks, channels, and funnels set up as a repeatable system, not one-off campaigns.
Distribute
Organic and paid working together to put the right message in front of the right people, everywhere.
Compound
We measure what actually matters, double down on what works, and let the flywheel build on itself.
Questions, answered
/ 01How much does social media management cost?+
Production volume drives it more than platform count. Short-form video is the expensive part, and how much you already produce in-house changes the number substantially. A strategy-and-direction engagement where your team executes costs considerably less than full production.
/ 02Should we use our founder's account or the brand account?+
Usually both, doing different jobs. Founder accounts earn reach and trust because people follow people; brand accounts hold the proof, the product and the service layer. Choosing only the brand account is the more common mistake, and it is why so many company feeds get no distribution.
/ 03How many followers do we need for this to work?+
Fewer than you would think, and follower count is largely the wrong measure. A few thousand followers who are genuinely your buyers will outperform a large audience assembled through giveaways. We report on retention, saves and inbound rather than audience size, because those are what precede revenue.
/ 04Do you produce the video, or do we?+
Either. Some clients want full production; others have someone internal who can shoot and needs formats, direction and editing. The second is often the better value once the formats are established, and we set engagements up so you can move from the first to the second.
